1. Organizer:
The organizer of the raffle is Planet Sport 6e étage, Immeuble Mega Business, Bd Zoulikha Nasri, Casablanca 20280, Morocco
2. Agreement to Rules and Conditions:
By participating in the Raffle, the participant confirms they have read, understood, and fully and unconditionally agree to these Rules and Conditions.
3. Eligibility:
All participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration or provide information from a legal parent/guardian. They must have full legal capacity, be residents of Morocco, and follow the Instagram page @puma.morocco. Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, or any parties involved in conducting the Raffle, as well as their subsidiaries, family members, or individuals living in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. Participants guarantee that all information provided in connection with the raffle is accurate and truthful.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude or disqualify participants who violate these Rules and Conditions. Similarly, participants using prohibited tools or obtaining an unfair advantage through manipulation may be excluded or disqualified from the raffle. Incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent entries will not qualify for a prize.
4. Raffle Period:
The raffle starts at 17h PM Eastern European Time on November 20, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern European Time on November 27, 2024.
5. Participation Requirements:
5.1
To enter the raffle, participants must:
A. Like the post published on the Instagram pages of @puma.morocco and @planetsport_maroc;
B. Follow the @puma.morocco profile;
C. Follow the @planetsport_maroc profile;
D. Tag two people in the comments on the Instagram post;
Note: Participants must have a public Instagram profile to participate.
5.2
Each participant may only enter the raffle once
5.3
The Organizer reserves the right to verify compliance with participation requirements and request proof.
6. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Raffle Period. The winner ("Winner") will be notified via private Instagram message within seven (7) calendar days of the draw.
The winner must visit one of the Planet Sport shops to collect their Jerseys within 14 days. If the Winner does not respond within fourteen (14) calendar days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner randomly. This newly selected person will replace the initial Winner, who will no longer be entitled to claim the prize.
The same applies if the Winner does not provide information required for prize delivery within fourteen (14) calendar days. Only winners will be contacted.
7. Prize:
Three winners will receive a PUMA x Morocco Jersey (size of their choice) ("Prize"). The Prize is non-transferable and can only be claimed by the Winner. No cash alternative or substitute prize is available. Legal recourse is excluded.
In case of circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer may replace the Prize with an equivalent alternative.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer:
8.1
The Organizer is fully liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
8.2
The Organizer is not liable for slight negligence, except in cases of material obligations essential for fulfilling the contract or obligations on which the participant relies.
8.3
Except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the Organizer or its agents, the Organizer is not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, or undelivered raffle entries, regardless of the reason.
8.4
The Organizer is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, server, or other malfunctions or damages of any kind.
8.5
The above limitations do not apply in cases of endangerment of life, body, or health, defects covered by warranty, or fraudulently concealed defects. Liability under the applicable Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
9. Applicable Law:
This raffle is governed by the laws of Morocco, subject to any mandatory provisions of the applicable laws of the participant’s residence.
10. Final Provisions:
This raffle is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram.
No publicity with the Winner will take place after the event.
